Getting Started

Because strong programs start with strong parent support.

Finding the right program for your child

Our programs are designed for every age and skill level. Kindergarten through 2nd graders start with Little Ballers, while travel basketball teams welcome players from grades 5–8. Softball, cheerleading, duckpin bowling, and our Summer Fun Camp provide opportunities for kids up to age 18.

Seasons at a glance

PAL runs year-round programs: fall softball leagues, winter basketball sessions, spring clinics, and summer camps. Each season includes registration deadlines and program schedules, listed on our calendar for easy planning.

Seasonal Checklists

Stay prepared for every season

Each season comes with its own rhythm. In fall, outdoor softball often requires extra layers; in winter, gym time is busy with basketball and cheer; spring features clinics and training sessions; summer camp means sunscreen, swimsuits, and packed lunches. Our seasonal guides help families stay ahead so kids can focus on enjoying their activities.
